SERGIO GONZALEZ

Founder

Mr. Gonzalez is an Agriculture professional with over 20 years of experience leading corporate social responsibility (CSR) and corporate affairs for multinational mining companies (Copper and Gold) including Anglo American and Newmont, with operations in Peru. He has extensive experience in managing relationships with stakeholders and promoting sustainable development across various stages of mining opeartions. His expertise includes implementating global policies and standards, managing social projects and overseeing NGOs, activities within public-private alliances. He oversaw the first regional study of hydrogen in Southern Peru, aimed at defining the green hydrogen valley and assesing its competitiveness on both national and international levels. Mr. Gonzalez holds and MBA from ESAN Business School (Peru) a Master of Social Responsibility from EADA Business School (Spain), and a certification on Sustainability from MIT.

LUIS SANTILLANA

VP Project Development

Mr. Santillana is a seasoned financial professional with over 20 years of experience in the natural resources sector, including renewable energy, lithium, copper, and gold, across Peru, the UK, and Chile. He has successfully raised approximately US$900 million through IPOs, private placements, and loans. His expertise spans corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, project valuations, and treasury management. Mr. Santillana holds an MBA from IESE Business School (Spain), a Management Accountant Certification from CIMA (UK), and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima (Peru).

Cecilia Ortiz

VP Sustainability

Ms. Ortiz is a Commercial Engineer with over 10 years of experience in managing social projects for international cooperation organizations and non-profit associations. She also has extensive experience in providing business support and training to small and medium-sized enterprises, specializing in market access issues. Additionally, she teaches innovation and market research at universities in Peru. Ms. Ortiz has worked as a business advisor at CUSO International (Canada), where she provided guidance to small and medium enterprises and social organizations in Bolivia. She holds a Master’s in International Business from the University of Le Havre (France) and a Specialized Master’s in Corporate Social Responsibility from CENTRUM PUCP and EADA Business School.

Luis Aching

VP Investors Relations

Mr. Arching is a Mechanical Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the electrical, renewable energy, and heavy vehicle sectors. He has led key projects in electrical distribution in Peru and has been involved in the commercialization of equipment for the Peru´s major distribution, transmission, and generation companies. Additionally he has successfully implemented energy projects in Peru, Mexico, Ecuador and Bolivia.

He holds an MBA from Centrum, Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, and a Bachelor´s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university. His career includes serving as Director of Heavy Vehicles at the Peruvian Automotive Association (AAP) and co-founding the Transitemos Foundation.
